Counselling & Psychotherapy
Understanding what lives beneath the surface.
A space to explore the patterns, relationships, beliefs, emotions and experiences that shape the way you move through life.
Tending to your inner garden.
Our Perspective
We don’t look at the reflection. We look at what is creating it.
We don’t look at the mirror and try to change the reflection. We look at what is creating it.
So instead of only asking, How do I get over this person? Why can’t I let go? Why does this keep happening to me?—we also look at what lies underneath.
- What are you holding on to?
- What are you afraid of losing?
- What does this person or relationship mean to you?
- What keeps the pattern alive?

01 — Relationships
Relationships, Break-ups & Attachment
The self is the first relationship we ever have.
And often, the way we relate to ourselves quietly finds its way into the way we love, attach, hold on—and let go.
Love brings a lot to the surface—our fears, our attachments, our need to be chosen, the things we believe about ourselves, and sometimes, the things we have been carrying for years.
Our work begins within.
We don’t look at the mirror and try to change the reflection. We look at what is creating it. So instead of only asking, How do I get over this person? Why can’t I let go? Why does this keep happening to me?—we explore the questions running beneath: What are you holding on to? What are you afraid of losing? What does this connection mean to you? What keeps the pattern alive?
This space is for breakups, separation and divorce, relationship struggles, unhealthy attachment, limerence, obsession, one-sided feelings, and the times when you know you need to let go but simply cannot.
We start where you are. And we work from the inside out.
Because the reflection changes when something within us does.
02 — Self-Worth
Self-esteem, Self-Worth & Identity
We are not born measuring our worth.
Some of our earliest ideas about ourselves begin in childhood—in the way we are spoken to, seen, loved, compared, encouraged, criticised or understood. Our parents and our early home become our first reference points. When love feels conditional, home does not feel safe, or a parent’s own wounds shape the way they relate to us, we can form conclusions long before we are old enough to question them: Maybe I am not enough. Maybe I have to be better to be loved. Maybe something is wrong with me.
And as we grow up, the people change, but the measuring can continue.
We begin weighing ourselves through relationships, appearance, achievements, work, money, approval, or whether someone chooses us. Our value can start to feel like something that rises and falls with what is happening outside us.
Self-esteem and self-worth are not quite the same. Self-esteem can change with how we see ourselves, what we accomplish and what happens in our lives. Self-worth goes deeper. It is the steady knowing that beneath what you do, achieve, own, look like, or mean to another person, there is a self whose value is not determined by any of it.
Our work is to look at where your ideas about yourself came from, question the conclusions you formed along the way, and separate who you are from who you learned you had to be.
Let us question the identity we inherited, and begin to recognize the self beneath it.
03 — Beliefs
Beliefs & Subconscious Patterns
Much of what runs our lives does not announce itself.
From childhood onwards, we form ideas about ourselves, other people and the world. Some are taught to us. Others come from what we repeatedly see, hear and experience. With enough repetition, an idea can become so familiar that we stop recognising it as a belief. It simply begins to feel like the truth.
- “People always leave.”
- “I have to struggle to get what I want.”
- “I am difficult to love.”
- “Money is hard to make.”
- “Things never work out for me.”
And we often meet life through these assumptions. They shape what we expect, what we notice, how we interpret what happens, and how we respond. Different people and different circumstances can arrive, yet we find ourselves living versions of the same pattern.
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s natural ability to adapt and form new connections through conscious learning and experience. What we repeatedly think, practise and do strengthens certain pathways. In the same way that old patterns were learned through repetition, new ones can be learned too. What feels automatic today does not have to remain automatic forever.
Our work is to identify what has been running on repetition, question the beliefs beneath it, and consciously practise new ways of thinking and seeing until the unfamiliar begins to feel like home.
What we repeat becomes familiar. And what becomes familiar can quietly shape the life we expect to find.
04 — Personal Evolution
Becoming more yourself.
Not everything has to begin with something being wrong.
Sometimes we simply reach a point where we want to know ourselves better, change the way we have been living, become more intentional, or create a life that feels simpler, fuller and more our own.
Personal evolution can mean many things: learning to respond differently, becoming comfortable in your own presence, building discipline without making life rigid, and knowing what deserves your energy and what does not. Becoming resilient enough to move through change without losing yourself in it.
There is no single version of a fulfilling life. For one person it may mean ambition and creation; for another, a slower life with more time, freedom and presence.
Our work is to look at where you are, what no longer fits, what matters to you now, and the person and life you would consciously like to move towards.
Evolution does not always have to look like becoming more. Sometimes it is becoming simpler, clearer and more yourself.

05 — Stress
Stress & Emotional Regulation
We are not meant to feel good all the time.
Anger, sadness, fear, frustration, grief and worry are not failures of the mind. They are part of being human. The difficulty begins when emotions become overwhelming, stay with us for long periods, or when we have never learned what to do with them.
Stress is not only something that happens in the mind. The body carries it. A racing heart, tense muscles, restless sleep, exhaustion, irritability or feeling constantly on edge can all be ways the mind and body respond when life has felt like too much for too long.
Emotional regulation is not about suppressing every feeling or forcing positivity. It is learning to recognise what you are experiencing, understand what may be underneath it, and build the capacity to feel an emotion without being swept away by it.
Our work includes noticing how stress shows up across your nervous system, untangling patterns of pressure, and cultivating room for ease—less noise, less fighting with uncomfortable sensations, and more space to simply be.
Peace is not the absence of emotion, but the space within us that can hold it without becoming it.
“The Ancestors want our souls to be like the blue sky.”

06 — Forgiveness & Letting Go
Forgiveness, Acceptance & Letting Go
Some things in life cannot be undone.
A relationship may end. A person may leave. A loved one may be lost. A job or opportunity we counted on may disappear. We may have to leave a place that once felt like home. A dream may not unfold the way we imagined. Life may change suddenly, or we may look back and wish we had chosen differently.
Sometimes we are holding on to a person. Sometimes it is a place, an old identity, a mistake, a dream, or simply the life we thought we would have.
Acceptance does not mean declaring that what happened was right. Forgiveness does not always require reconciliation with another, and letting go does not mean erasing the past. Often, it simply means making peace with an ending, or with what cannot be rewritten.
Our work is to look at what keeps us tied to it—the anger, guilt, regret, or unanswered questions—and discover a way to carry the memory without continuing to live inside it.
Letting go is not the end of our relationship with what was. It is a change in the way we carry it.
Acceptance leaves the past untouched and changes our relationship with it. Nothing asks to be forgotten. Only to be given its rightful place in the story.
There is a point where the past becomes memory, and life asks for our presence again.

Text-Based Guidance
For general questions, doubts, or brief guidance. This is not a substitute for a counselling or psychotherapy session.
Start where you are.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers.
You don’t need to know exactly what is wrong.
You only need enough curiosity to begin looking.
Perhaps it is time to look within.
Whether you are trying to understand a relationship, rebuild your sense of self, change an old pattern, navigate stress, or simply become more yourself — the work can begin with a conversation.
