Psycho-spiritual Consultancy, Counseling & Therapy

Tending to your inner garden.

Soul Meadow is a space to pause, understand what is happening within you, and explore the many ways we can grow — psychologically, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

About Soul Meadow

A little space
to exhale.

Soul Meadow is a space for psychological and spiritual consultancy, counselling, and therapy.

Psychotherapy is a space to understand what is happening within you — your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and the experiences that may still be affecting the way you live today.

Counselling is a space to talk through something you are going through, gain perspective, and find ways of navigating it with greater clarity.

Consultancy is a little different. It can be more focused and practical — a space to seek guidance, explore a particular question, or understand yourself and a situation from a different perspective.

The spiritual side of Soul Meadow comes from the belief that psychology is not the only way we make sense of ourselves. For those who are drawn towards it, there is also room for meditation, ancient wisdom, spirituality, consciousness, and the questions that don't always have simple answers.

These different approaches can exist alongside one another, while keeping the individual — their experiences, needs, and way of making sense of life — at the centre.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

Understanding yourself, from the inside out.

We all have a story running inside us. The things we experienced growing up, the beliefs we picked up along the way, the way we speak to ourselves, and even the way we hold tension in our bodies can influence how we experience life.

My work brings together psychology, energy psychology, mind-body practices, and ancient spiritual wisdom. I use an eclectic, integrative approach, drawing from different techniques depending on what you're going through and what may be helpful for you.

  • Breakups, Relationships & Attachment
  • Self-Esteem & Self-Worth
  • Belief Work & Subconscious Patterns
  • Resilience & Personal Evolution
  • Stress Management
  • Forgiveness, Acceptance & Letting Go

Meditation

Stillness is a practice.

Meditation gives us an opportunity to step back from the constant noise of the mind. Through meditation, guided visualisation, breath awareness and grounding practices, we can create moments of stillness and reconnect with ourselves.

Fitness & Wellbeing

Come back into your body.

We often think of our physical and mental health as two separate things, but the body and mind are constantly speaking to each other. Sometimes, moving the body can shift something that thinking alone cannot.

Movement doesn't always have to be about becoming more — faster, thinner, stronger or fitter. Sometimes it is about coming back into your body, helping it do the things you need it to do, and gradually feeling more at ease living in it.

Movement should help you become comfortable in your body and help your body work for you.

For a Kinder World

For a kinder world.

I have learnt a great deal from animals. They are capable of a depth of love, understanding, and intelligence that perhaps we cannot fully understand or even fathom.

We share this world with them, and I believe that coexistence asks us, above all, to be considerate of the lives with whom we share it.

This little space is for the animals who are hurt, abandoned, ill, or simply in need of someone to care.

Hello There

I'm Preksha Bhardwaj.

Psychologist. Curious person. Lifelong learner.

I'm a Psychologist, a curious person, and someone who has always had a tendency to stop and wonder about things.

I have a Master's degree in Psychology, along with diplomas and certifications including hypnotherapy, child & adolescent counselling, meditation, and more. I have over 3 years of experience working with people and exploring different approaches to psychological and personal wellbeing.

But even while studying psychology, I often felt that I wanted to look further. I was interested in the mind, but I also wanted to understand its relationship with the body, our inner world, spirituality, and the experiences that don't always fit neatly into a textbook.

Beyond Psychology

Beyond Psychology.

I have always been drawn to things that make me pause and wonder.

Stargazing. Clear skies. Music and singing. Nature. Consciousness. The mysteries of the universe. Ancient philosophies. The idea of the divine within us. The strange and beautiful ways people can change.

For me, spirituality is not just about ideas. It is also about how we live, how we treat one another, and how much compassion we are willing to bring into the world.

Where empathy is not an anomaly. Where goodness is not something we have to apologise for. Where people feel free to be themselves.

Soul Meadow brings together psychological, wellbeing and spiritual approaches. Different practices may suit different people. Where appropriate, professional medical or mental-health services may also be recommended.

Soul Meadow is not affiliated with Dr Joe Dispenza.

Perhaps this is your place to exhale.
