Understanding yourself, from the inside out.
A space to understand what is happening within you — your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and the experiences that may still be affecting the way you live today.
Psychological • Emotional • Mind-Body • Spiritual
A space to pause, understand and explore.
Soul Meadow is a dedicated sanctuary for psychological and spiritual consultancy, counselling, and therapy.
Psychotherapy is an invitation to understand what is happening within you — your thoughts, emotions, patterns, relationships, and the experiences that may still be affecting the way you move through the world.
Counselling is a space to talk through something you are currently navigating, gain calm perspective, and discover paths forward with greater clarity.
Consultancy is focused and practical — a reflective space to seek guidance, explore a particular life question, or see yourself and your circumstances through fresh eyes.
Different approaches can exist alongside one another, while keeping the individual — their experiences, needs, and way of making sense of life — at the centre.
Room for the questions that don't have simple answers.
The spiritual side of Soul Meadow comes from the quiet conviction that psychology is not the only way we make sense of our being. For those who feel drawn towards it, there is also room for meditation, ancient wisdom, contemplative practice, consciousness, and the questions that live beyond ordinary definitions.
These varied approaches do not compete; they support each other naturally, honouring the fullness of what it means to be human.
A place you can exhale.
This little space has been crafted with profound care and intention. I've thought gently about the colours, the cadence of the words, the quiet details, and how everything comes together — not merely to explain what Soul Meadow is, but to evoke a felt sense of safety.
I wanted it to feel like coming across a familiar, sunlit room tucked away from the noise of the world. The kind of place with warm tea, soft daylight, things made with loving patience, and an unspoken reassurance that you can set your burdens down.
Something quiet. An inner garden. A little magical, perhaps.
More than anything, I wanted Soul Meadow to be a sanctuary where you can truly exhale.

ExploreUnderstanding Yourself, From the Inside Out
We all carry an inner narrative. The stories we absorbed growing up, the conclusions we drew from painful moments, the way we speak to ourselves in quiet moments, and the way our bodies hold tension all influence our daily experience of life.
My work synthesises modern psychology, energy psychology, mind-body integration, and ancient spiritual traditions. I employ an integrative, eclectic philosophy — tailoring practices to match who you are and what will genuinely help you heal.
Some of our work clarifies the intellect. Some of it softens the body. And some of it gently questions assumptions so familiar that they have masqueraded as truth.
Psychology & Therapeutic Approaches
These evidence-based frameworks help us understand thoughts, emotional responses, behaviour loops, and the formative experiences that have guided us.
Our thoughts directly steer how we feel and act. CBT assists us in identifying cognitive distortions, testing unhelpful assumptions, and cultivating balanced, constructive perspectives.
Not every difficult feeling needs to be wrestled into silence. Acceptance-based work helps us make space for uncomfortable sensations without allowing them to dictate our choices or overwhelm our lives.
Often, what heals most deeply is an unhurried space where you are received with empathy, free from judgment or advice. This approach places your lived experience and inherent wisdom at the centre of the therapeutic dialogue.
No single dogma suits every soul. An eclectic framework allows us to draw freely from diverse modalities, adapting each session to your real-time needs and personal temperament.
Younger iterations of ourselves frequently speak through our current conflicts, attachment anxieties, and feelings of inadequacy. Inner child dialogue helps comfort older emotional wounds and restore self-trust.
Through deep somatic relaxation and focused attention, hypnotherapy accesses subconscious pathways to gently dissolve conditioned reflexes, fear loops, and obsolete habits of mind.
Beliefs function as internal lenses that determine what we expect and notice. We explore where these inherited paradigms originated and intentionally replace limiting ideas with empowering ones.
Energy, Mind-Body & Somatic Practices
Mind and body are facets of one continuum. Chronic thoughts register physically in posture and tension, while somatic signals continually inform our emotional climate.
Energy psychology interfaces emotional experience with the body's subtle bio-energetic systems. Utilising gentle tapping and focused somatic attention, we support organic regulation and soothe an overwhelmed nervous system.
We often comprehend an emotional problem intellectually while continuing to store its stress in tight shoulders or a constricted diaphragm. Somatic movement reconnects you with physical sensations, gently inviting the nervous system back to safety.
By blending targeted breathing rhythms, conscious visualisation, and mindful stillness, we nurture harmonious dialogue between physical health, psychological calmness, and vitality.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) combines modern exposure principles with gentle stimulation of acupressure meridians, helping interrupt distress signals and bring emotional release.
Meditation provides an unhurried pause from narrative chatter, while guided visualisation engages the creative mind to explore fresh perspectives and inner landscapes of calm.
Grounding and breath practices offer immediate anchors when racing thoughts take hold, gently pulling your attention out of anxiety and back into the steady sanctuary of the present moment.
Neuroscience, Consciousness & Personal Change
Rooted in an understanding of the brain's remarkable capacity to learn, adapt, and weave new pathways through dedicated awareness.
Neuroplasticity teaches us that the brain remains malleable across our lifespan. What we repeatedly think, rehearse, and embody strengthens specific neural architecture, allowing intentional change to take root.
We explore questions surrounding awareness, perception, and human existence, examining how insights from physics interface philosophically with mystical traditions — approached as reflective inquiry rather than dogmatic claims.
Ancient Spirituality & Esoteric Wisdom
I draw profound inspiration from Eastern contemplative lineages, ancient philosophy, and timeless esoteric traditions that explore self-realisation, mindfulness, and the living mirror between inner states and outer circumstance.
These heritages remind us that our true nature is not fragmented, offering sacred containers to awaken the quiet divinity that rests beneath everyday busyness.
Music Therapy & Indian Classical Sound
Music therapy harnesses the profound resonant power of melody, in particular Indian classical music. It honours the traditional principle of Samay — the alignment of distinct ragas with the shifting hours of the day — and their subtle ability to harmonize particular emotional states.
Being formally trained in Indian classical vocal music, I weave this sonic dimension into the work when sound and vibration can unlock feelings that words cannot reach.
Exploring change from the inside out.
I am deeply influenced by the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza and broader Eastern meditative practices that emphasize how shifts in emotional baseline and intentional awareness can reconfigure one's life.
My personal healing journey confirmed this premise — that when we alter how we hold our feelings and interpret our reality, our relationship with life blossoms in kind.
Soul Meadow is an independent practice and is not affiliated with Dr Joe Dispenza.
Is this work for you?
If you find yourself navigating relationship grief, repetitive patterns, anxiety, or seeking a more heartfelt presence in your day-to-day life, we warmly welcome you. This work is for those prepared to look gently beneath the surface and tend to their inner garden.
I'm Preksha Bhardwaj.
Psychologist. Curious person. Lifelong learner.
I have a Master's degree in Psychology, accompanied by advanced certifications in hypnotherapy, child and adolescent counselling, and meditation guidance. Over years of working with individuals, I have walked alongside many through periods of transition and renewal.
Yet throughout my clinical studies, I felt an intuitive impulse to look further — to unite cognitive science with the subtle wisdom of the body, esoteric contemplation, and the soul experiences that cannot be reduced to symptoms.
A curiosity that became personal.
That professional inquiry was born from personal necessity. In my earlier life, I navigated crippling anxiety, panic attacks, feelings of inadequacy, and complex emotional circumstances. I spent years searching for ways to return to peace within my own skin.
I read, questioned, apprenticed with diverse teachers, and explored different somatic and spiritual disciplines. Some methods helped; many fell short. This earnest journey formed the foundational empathy that informs every session at Soul Meadow.
If something doesn't help you, you haven't failed. It simply means you have not yet found what honors your unique being.
A quieter, everyday side
Outside of consultancy, Preksha lives quietly with her family and beloved companion dog. She spends unhurried hours writing poetry, practicing calligraphy, and observing nature with gentle contemplation — very much in harmony with her name, which means to observe with awareness.
Beyond Psychology
I find endless wonder in moments that encourage us to pause and reflect on the mystery of living.
I love standing beneath clear night skies, captivated by the vastness of the cosmos and the sheer humility of human awareness. I am drawn to the subtle alchemy of consciousness, music, and the quiet ways hearts transform over time.
Stargazing. Clear night skies. Music and Indian classical vocal. Ancient philosophies. The spark of the divine within. The strange, beautiful ways people heal.
A different way of living.
For me, spirituality is not abstract theory — it lives in how we treat one another, how we protect innocent creatures, and how much gentle compassion we embody daily.
In a fast-moving world where sensitivity is sometimes mistaken for fragility, I want to protect a gentler, more compassionate way of living.
A way where empathy is not an anomaly.
Where goodness is not something we have to apologise for.
Where people feel free to be themselves without constantly wondering whether there is something wrong with them.
That, in its own quiet way, is what I hope to contribute through Soul Meadow.
Soul Meadow integrates psychological counselling, mind-body practices, and spiritual exploration. Different modalities support different individuals. While these sessions foster emotional wellbeing, they do not replace specialised psychiatric or clinical medical interventions where needed.
