Fill The Form

At Soul Meadow Holistic Services, we offer compassionate, professional support through counseling and holistic well-being practices. Before beginning your journey with us, it’s essential that you understand our principles, processes, and mutual expectations.

This page outlines everything you need to know before engaging in our services. Please take the time to read it thoroughly.

About Our Services

Soul Meadow Holistic Services provides therapeutic support through a blend of counseling, holistic health practices, and personalized intervention. Whether you’re new to therapy or have prior experience, we are here to walk alongside you with respect, care, and professional integrity.

Informed Consent

By engaging with our services, you willingly agree to participate in sessions that may include personal discussions, emotional processing, and holistic techniques. These sessions are designed to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

If you are under 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required. We also ask parents/guardians to understand and respect the privacy and independence we maintain in adolescent counseling relationships.

Confidentiality & Safety

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All information shared in sessions is confidential and used only for therapeutic purposes. However, there are exceptions to confidentiality:

  • If we are legally obligated to share information (e.g., by court order),

  • If there is a risk of serious harm to you, others, or the therapist,

  • If a medical or psychiatric referral becomes necessary.

In such situations, we may consult other professionals or notify a trusted contact—always with the intention of ensuring your safety and well-being.

Please note: We are not equipped to handle psychiatric or medical emergencies. Clients needing urgent intervention should first seek support from medical professionals.

Nature of Therapy

Counseling and holistic services involve deep personal exploration. While sessions often bring clarity, healing, and empowerment, they may also involve emotional discomfort as difficult topics are explored.

Progress in therapy depends on:

  • Your willingness to engage openly,

  • Consistency in attendance,

  • Readiness to take responsibility for your growth.

Our role is to guide, support, and facilitate transformation—not to “fix” problems or guarantee outcomes.

Client Responsibility

We believe therapy is most effective when the client is committed to the process. As a client, you are expected to:

  • Book sessions proactively and on time,

  • Attend regularly and punctually,

  • Make informed payments in advance (no sessions will be confirmed without prior payment),

  • Review the concerns we address (listed on our website) to ensure alignment with your needs.

We reserve the right to discontinue sessions with individuals who are unwilling, disinterested, or unable to participate responsibly.

Our Approach

Every session is conducted with professionalism, empathy, and respect. The structure typically includes:

  • 45 to 60 minutes per session,

  • Defined boundaries to maintain therapeutic safety,

  • Clear communication and mutual respect between client and therapist.

Sessions are available online via Zoom or Google Meet. Clients must confirm attendance before each appointment via WhatsApp to secure their slot.

Fees & Refund Policy

  • Fees are fixed and non-negotiable.

  • Payment must be made before the session.

  • No refunds will be issued in case of no-shows.

  • Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is communicated at least 2 hours prior to the session.

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session may be forfeited.

We advise attending at least one or two sessions per week for best results.

Therapeutic Boundaries

Your relationship with your therapist is built on trust and professionalism. We maintain clear boundaries at all times:

  • You are under no obligation to acknowledge your therapist in public. We will also refrain from approaching you unless you initiate.

  • Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

  • We try to assign the same therapist for ongoing sessions, but this may vary depending on availability.

Adolescents (Aged 13–18)

Clients between 13 and 18 are treated as adolescents, not young children. While parental approval is required for registration, session details may not be disclosed to parents to protect the adolescent’s privacy and encourage honest communication.

We ask that you respect the therapeutic space your child is creating with their counselor.

Communication & Grievances

We encourage open communication. If you have questions, concerns, or feedback about your sessions or experience, please contact our coordination team via email or phone. Your input will be treated with discretion and respect.

Limitations of Service

We cannot guarantee a specific result or “fix” to your concerns. Therapy is a process—one that requires time, trust, and effort. While some challenges may resolve quickly, others may require multiple sessions.

No refunds will be issued if a client is dissatisfied with the progress or outcome of therapy.

Our Commitment to Safety

We take your safety seriously. As part of this commitment, we ask every client to acknowledge the following:

No-Suicide Agreement

By choosing to engage in therapy with Soul Meadow Holistic Services, you agree that:

  • You will not harm yourself, attempt suicide, or take your life under any circumstance.

  • If you ever feel at risk, you will immediately reach out for help—whether that be a suicide prevention helpline, a trusted friend or family member, or a mental health professional.

  • You understand and accept that Soul Meadow Holistic Services is not liable for any self-harm or suicide attempt under any condition.
